Jonathan has supported numerous tech companies in scaling from seed funding to successful exits, including two VC-backed SaaS start-ups (sale of ScanSafe to Cisco for $183m; sale of Wandera to Jamf for $400m).
He has held legal roles at several global companies, including senior legal director at Cisco Systems, where he led the structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex cross-border deals as well as a comprehensive rewrite of the entire standard customer terms and playbook - garnering firm-wide recognition. He has been responsible for closing well over $500m of transactions with companies such as SAP, Bosch, Philips, Unilever, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered, Ministry of Defence, Disney, AT&T, Sprint & Vodafone.
